My order is delayed. What should I do?
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time, but delays can happen,
- Please contact us after 45 days from shipping.
- Please contact us after 110 days due to customs delays.
- Contact us after 60 days.
Tracking says ‘Delivered’ but I didn’t get my package. What now?
First, check with neighbors or your local post office.
If it’s still missing, please get a non-delivery certificate from your local post office and email it to us.
We cannot refund orders if the address was incorrect or the package was unclaimed.
My product arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?
Yes!
- Full refund or replacement.
- Partial refund or replacement.
Please email clear photos/videos within 30 days of delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn’t been processed yet.

What is NOT covered under your refund policy?
We can’t refund or replace if,
- You changed your mind.
- You ordered the wrong size/color.
- The shipping address was incorrect.
- Customs or local laws delayed or stopped the package.
